Color World Painting provides franchise owners with up to 240-hour online pre-training program, 40 hours of classroom training, and 40 hours of on-the-job training program. Here, we will provide our training program to both you and your senior management-level employees. This includes learning our operations manual, and training on our franchisee portal which will house all communications.

With this training, our intensive in-person training program teaches our franchise owners the fundamentals of how to maximize all our revenue sources, how to hire personnel, how to manage financials, and will answer any and all questions that you may have.
